Our Team
For 16 years, Mr. Childs was the Executive General Manager responsible for all gaming properties owned and operated by the Tohono O’odham Nation under the name of Desert Diamond Casinos. His experience in the gaming industry covers the last 25 years, including a complete track record in all strategies, goals and objectives, budgets, and resource planning. Mr. Childs has been responsible for the ground-up development of new major casino and hospitality operations ranging from $50 million to $400 million. He is thoroughly familiar with all things necessary for a successful operation, both large and small. Mr. Childs holds a Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Phoenix. Mr. Childs’ management skills transfer easily to the construction industry and he completely understands the needs of all service industries. Customer service is always paramount.
